Absolutely loved the location, but the steep stairs and lack of a microwave are unacceptable! I expected a complimentary gesture for such inconveniences, but apparently they don't cater to discerning guests. It's unfortunate because I almost considered giving a good review, but I just couldn't overlook those details.

Coffee/tea making machines, a dining area and a sitting area in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Great service, very helpful staff.

great place but shower pressure lacking
The suite was a good blend of comfort and style, especially in the heart of the city. I appreciated the daily refresh of water in the fridge, made staying hydrated easy. The city view from my room was charming.
The shower pressure in my suite was not quite up to par.

The staff was excellent, knowledgeable all the time. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was friendly. Parking was nearby and I paid extra £26 per day to park the car. The position was stunning, very close to a railway station. In Chimera di Bacco, located nearby I had Italian meals

Lovely building and rooms with kitchenette. The stunning location for the price, just next door to the Sang Giusto's Castle, and restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. Great service overall and parking nearby.

A magnifying mirror should be standard in all rooms!!! It's quite dark at night with skylights offering no real lighting!!! Parking access was confusing, needing clearer instructions!!!

Unique unit with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an oven. Marvellous and incredible location so close to all restaurants as well as the canal in a wonderful area.

The stylish decor perfectly matched the historical vibe.
I was quite frustrated by the lack of natural light at night since the room had no windows, only skylights making it hard to read or see anything clearly. The staircase leading to the rooms was steep and difficult to navigate with luggage. The absence of a magnifying mirror in the bathroom was another inconvenience that should be standard in such accommodations.
